New cutting edge ophthalmology research and development company, KalVista Pharmaceuticals Ltd, have moved into new laboratories at Tetricus Science Park near Salisbury.
Robert Haigh, PhD, Chief Operating Officer at KalVista Pharmaceuticals Ltd, commented that: “We needed bespoke laboratories within an established Science Park environment that was accessible from major airports at Heathrow, Southampton and Bristol. We are a newly formed company and we needed to move quickly. We are delighted with the outcome.”
Richard Nevines, a Director at Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, was selected to search for and acquire the premises. Richard says: “My brief was to find very particular premises in a short time frame within an area spanning seven Counties! Tetricus Science Park has an international reputation in exactly the right location for my client. The owners, Tetricus limited, understand the needs of R&D occupiers”.
The property comprises 3,637 square feet (337.88 square metres).
Luc Algar from Coffin Mew handled the ‘legals’ on behalf of KalVista, and commented that: “it was great to be part of a transaction that involved such a fascinating property and environment. The new facilities are a credit to KalVista and Tetricus.”
