Kilpatrick & Co have recently announced the successful sale of Unit 4, Neighbourhood Centre, Highdown Way in St Andrews Ridge, Swindon. The ground floor retail unit, formerly The Works hairdressing salon recently completed achieving the desired sale price and was sold to a local and independent hairdresser, Danielle Thomas.
Situated along Highdown Way, part of St Andrews Ridge Village Centre, Unit 4 of approximately 633 sq ft was well presented and was already fitted out as a hairdressing salon with a kitchenette, staff room and store area with rear access and car parking.
