Bulleys & Bulleys Bradbury have been named Most Active Agent in the West Midlands for 2019 in a prestigious national report produced by commercial property trade “bible” Estates Gazette.
With offices in Wolverhampton, Oldbury and Telford, Bulleys & Bulleys Bradbury saw off competition from both regional competitors and major international consultancies.
Bulleys partner Rod Spiby said: “This is rewarding and a very welcome recognition of our ability to deliver for our clients. It is reflective of a strong team working hard together to provide the best service for our clients.
“Our wealth of experience across the West Midlands and Shropshire has made us one of the leading property consultants in the region.”
Established in 1965, Bulleys has built an enviable reputation as local experts in the field of industrial and commercial property consultancy.
Rod said: “We focus on providing a bespoke service to individuals and organisations with commercial property interests in our area.
“Our clients recognise that, with over 50 years of experience in our region, the depth of knowledge and expertise we provide is unrivalled.”
Bulleys’ clients range from private individuals to UK and international corporates.
Rod added: “We have both the experience and the personnel to provide the best service and advice, and believe this cannot be achieved without first acquiring a full understanding of the client’s requirements and business philosophy.
“Our clients know this, but it is very pleasing that this is also recognised by our peers in the commercial and industrial property industry.”
And Bulleys’ commitment to its staff has seen it maintain its 100% first time exam pass rate for its graduate trainees since it was founded in 1965.
Most recently, Edward Jenkinson qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, having passed the Assessment of Professional Competence, and becomes a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Edward joined Bulleys, which has offices in Wolverhampton, Oldbury and Telford, in July 2014 after studying for five years at Birmingham City University where he achieved a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and continued his training with Bulleys.
