Trans-Atlantic shipping line ICL Agencies UK Ltd, has extended its lease at Princes Dock, part of Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters, through to the end of 2028, to support the organisation’s ongoing growth.
ICL has occupied 6,500 sq ft at Princes Dock since 2013. This new lease extension, working with commercial property consultants Worthington Owen, will mean that the business will have called Liverpool Waters its home for 15 years.

It has been a busy year for Liverpool Waters at Princes Dock, with a number of businesses, including most recently, Odin Consulting, Epic Finance, choosing Liverpool Waters to expand their operations or use the location as a catalyst for growth.
