Savills, on behalf of Oastlodge Limited, has let Broadway Court in Peterborough to Encore Personnel Services Limited.
The recruitment agency, which is new to Peterborough, has agreed to a new five-year lease for space totalling 652 sq ft (60 sq m) in the city centre office block.
