Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has been appointed by a London-based investment and development company The Glenmore Group to oversee freehold sales and lettings at Stanley Court – totalling approximately 42,140 sq ft (3,915 sq m) of space on Richard Jones Road in Witney, Oxfordshire
Pre-completion transactions of over 9,741 sq ft (904.96 sqm) have already been agreed with five occupiers across six units with some occupiers taking more than one unit. Occupiers now include Ind-Tech, Abbey Roofing and KPM Carpets.
Now complete, the 34 self-contained units provide a mix of light industrial, warehouse and office accommodation. Units range in size from approximately 1,026 sq ft (95 sqm) to 2,237 sq ft (208 sqm) and can be combined for occupiers with larger requirements. The units are all available on a freehold or leasehold basis from £180,000 and £11,500 pa respectively.
Each unit is built with steel portal frames, low level brick facades and high-quality micro-rib cladding systems. Features include a six-metre internal eaves height, sectional roller shutter loading doors and 10 per cent daylight roof panels. Parking allocation is also afforded to occupiers.
Robert Gibbons, Senior Surveyor, Carter Jonas said: “Across Oxfordshire, light industrial, warehouse and office accommodation are in relatively short supply. Stanley Court is set to go some way to meeting the extant demand – as demonstrated with this first raft of transactions.
“Thanks to recent infrastructure improvements, Witney is a rising commercial hub within the region – and what’s more, it is ideally located with ease of access to the A40 linking Oxford and Cheltenham. As Stanley Court is now complete, we look forward to welcoming more businesses to the scheme.”
