Two industrial/warehouse units on a popular and strategically-located Warminster industrial estate have been snapped up.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the letting of Units 8 and 10 on the Woodcock Industrial Estate.
New tenant is packaging solutions company Ready Case Ltd which has agreed a five-year lease on the two units for which the total quoting rent was £41,500 per annum.
Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said: “Ready Case Ltd is an independent corrugated packaging manufacturer which has been in the same family ownership for in excess of 35 years.
“The company specialises in custom manufacture as well as packaging for the distribution of books, CDs, DVDs, games, bottles, wine and a myriad of other goods with an excellent range of innovative, convenient & cost effective design solutions.
“With Ready Case Ltd already firmly established on the Woodcock Industrial Estate at Unit 30, it was a privilege to help this long-established family firm to expand into these two big units.”
Unit 8 is 3,313 sq ft (307.78 sq m) with Unit 10 slightly bigger at 3,731 sq ft (346.61 sq m).
The Woodcock Industrial Estate is situated on the north eastern edge of the town centre, giving easy access to the town, railway station and good links to the A36 Southampton to Bristol trunk route.
Warminster, the large market and garrison town at the heart of Wiltshire on the A36 between Salisbury and Bath, serves a local population of 17,490, a district population of 127,900 and a substantial garrison based in the town.
