Meanwhile, trendy vaping retailer Evapo, have taken space at 114 High Street, adding to their portfolio of 36 stores located throughout England and Wales.
A lease has also recently been completed at 155A High Street. Charity shop retailer, The Dogs Trust, will soon commence a comprehensive fit out of the property.
Alastair Knott of Sibbett Gregory commented on the lettings as follows:
“The retail market has continued to be very challenging over the last 12 months, with many retailers announcing store closures following periods of restructuring via CVA’s or Company Administrations. In spite of these market conditions and by working alongside pragmatic landlord clients, we have been very pleased to help bring these new occupiers into Poole town centre. We also have two further retail properties under offer on the High Street, so we hope to be able to announce additional lettings shortly”.
