Speaking on Joe’s appointment John Ogden, MD, CBRE Manchester said;
“Joe’s role will be to work with businesses of all sizes on their real estate strategy and direction. With the changing world of the workplace and office space in particular, occupiers are demanding specialised service delivery to help them attract and retain top talent, drive efficiencies within their real estate portfolios and maximise economic value. We are very pleased to have Joe on board and look forward to benefitting from the knowledge and experience he brings from other areas of CBRE.”
Joe Rigby commented;
“I have worked within CBRE for around 6 years and it was always my intention to return to Manchester so it’s fantastic to be now working in my home city. I am looking forward to the opportunity to shape, grow and develop the occupier market and can’t wait to get started.”
