Two recent deals have now completed at the Roseland Business Park in Long Bennington, Newark. The latest being a hybrid unit of 3,100 sq ft to Replay Maintenance which was let by JLL alongside a pre-let of 30,000 sq ft of design and build to Bennington Foods.
These deals take Roseland Business Park to 60% occupancy with a range of sizes still available ideal for cost effective short/long-term occupiers, from 11,854 sq ft to 45,166 sq ft.
