Refurbishment work is underway at a six-storey office building located in the heart of Bristol city centre – with new state-of-the-art space set to be complete early next year.
The offices at Hanover House – totalling 17,893 sq ft and ranging in size from 2,100 sq ft to 3,255 sq ft – are being refurbished by Morgan Lovell on behalf of landlord Columbia Threadneedle.
They are being marketed by global real estate advisor Colliers International, who are already receiving good levels of interest.
Situated in Queen Charlotte Street, Hanover House is opposite an NCP car park, with Queen Square and the Floating Harbour, and the amenities of Corn Street and Baldwin Street, all nearby. It is also within a short walking distance of Cabot Circus shopping centre and Temple Meads station.
“Hanover House is a centrally located purpose-built office building that is being completely transformed in order to be fit for 21st Century working,” says James Preece, National Offices Director at Colliers International.
