Colleagues at chartered surveyor Banks Long & Co have congratulated Alex Statham, who has been made the firm’s sixth Director.
Alex, a former Associate, works within the Lincoln firm’s busy project management department, which is currently overseeing a diverse portfolio of contracts worth in excess of £200 million.
His promotion comes after three years with the practice and at a time when Alex is responsible for the award-winning £70 million regeneration of Lincoln’s Cornhill Quarter.
Alex said: “I’m delighted to have joined the team of Directors. The project management department’s expertise is in increasing demand.”
Alex, who lives near Newark and who is married with three children, works alongside Project Management team leader Director Simon Bridge, fellow Director Daniel Garfoot and their colleagues Charlie Johnson, Carl Fahy and Patrick Ford.
Banks Long & Co’s board also includes Managing Director Tim Bradford, William Wall and James Butcher.
Director Simon Bridge said: “We continue to increase market share across all sectors with some exciting developments to be announced in coming months.
“We are confident that Alex and the rest of the team will play a key role in the future success of the business.”
