Property consultancies Legat Owen and B8 Real Estate have announced four deals at Zone 2 on Deeside Industrial Estate in North Wales. The news coincides with the completion of the latest phase of refurbishment at the Park comprising a £510,000 investment.
DPD has taken Unit 43 measuring 26,279 sq ft on a 10 year lease. Tructyre, part of ATS has taken Unit 55 (3,454 sq ft) on a 5 yearlease. Karl Vella Group has expanded its operations at the Park, taking Unit 32 (10,026 sq ft) in addition to unit 2 and existing tenant, Cytori has renewed its lease on Unit 68 (5,079 sq ft) for a further 5 years.

Deeside Industrial Park is off the A548/A550, two miles from the end of the M56 which provides access to the national motorway and road networks servicing North Wales and the North West. Z2comprises a 105-acre site providing 850,000 sq ft of industrial,warehouse and manufacturing accommodation. Continuous investment by the owners has seen a rolling programme of refurbishment providing good quality business space to compliment .
Deeside is currently situated within a Tier II Grant Assisted Area and qualifying projects may be eligible for grant support. Units are available on a leasehold basis.
