Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has announced the appointment of Sean Ludden to its Valuation team.
Sean re-joins Christie & Co as a Director, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the firm in 2004. Sean has been active in the alternative markets sector for the last 15 years, specialising in trading related business valuation and advisory work across the UK.
He will work closely with Christie & Co’s Care, Medical and Hospitality teams across Greater London and the south east, to provide valuation advice, dispute resolution services, and benchmarking business performance, backed up by market-leading intelligence.
