LOWE Guardians has appointed Jonathan Forrester as Senior Property Manager, responsible for managing LOWE’s property portfolio. His recruitment follows a period of significant growth for LOWE having gone from 30 managed properties to 80 in just 12 months.
Jonathan will also head up LOWE’s dedicated Property team and will be joined by fellow new recruits Josh McQueen, Property Manager and Bogdan Dobrita, Property Maintenance Operative.
Joining LOWE with over 25 years’ experience in property management, Jonathan has worked across a range of sectors including government, the Houses of Parliament, Whitehall, commercial including the National Maritime Museum and the Royal Greenwich Observatory as well as retail and residential buildings.
Most recently, Jonathan worked for The Collective where he was Head of Hard Services working on Old Oak, once the largest co-living building in the world, as well as a number of other refurbishment projects in their Kings Cross and Camden buildings.
