Baird Lumsden, the rural property specialist arm of DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of chartered surveyors, has appointed Jennifer Campbell as its new Head of Estate Agency.
Jennifer graduated with a first-class honours degree from Edinburgh’s Heriot Watt University and has worked in rural and city property sales for many years, providing expertise on all aspects of selling town and country properties.
She said: “I am delighted to have joined Baird Lumsden. I worked previously for a firm of independent property agents in central Scotland, so I am very familiar with the territory and look forward to making a big contribution to the Baird Lumsden operation across Scotland.”
Donald Yellowley, partner of Baird Lumsden, said: “We are very pleased that Jennifer has joined us. Her knowledge and experience of the rural residential housing market across Scotland is a real plus for our clients.
“We welcome her warmly and trust she will continue to enjoy working with the Baird Lumsden team and imparting to clients her first-hand expertise.
“The rural residential market throughout Scotland continues to be active and there is no substitute for having a highly experienced and expert professional leading our estate agency team.”
