Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Louise Rushmer to the role of Account Lead – Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Portfolio, within its Global Occupier Services (GOS) team, to lead the management of its UK real estate portfolio and related facilities management. In her new role, Rushmer will also lead on the firm’s EMEA real estate portfolio.
Rushmer has worked in property and facilities management for the last 19 years and joins Cushman & Wakefield from Virgin Money where she was Head of Property. Having experience in all aspects of real estate and facilities management, she began her career working for RRD International where she was responsible for the management of its European offices, her success in this position saw her remit expand into a global role. A highlight of her career to date was leading the high-profile relocation of insurer RSA’s Global headquarters into the Walkie Talkie building on Fenchurch Street, consolidating 3 offices into one and halving the footprint. Other roles include Service Excellence Manager at Barclays Wealth and Global Head of Property for a Frank Recruitment Group, managing an aggressive growth agenda.
As a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, Rushmer will be responsible for real estate and facilities management for 14 offices in the UK and the real estate for 98 EMEA offices.
