For the sixth consecutive year, Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) South Coast team has taken home the ‘Most Active National Agents in Hampshire’ accolade from leading property trade publication, Estates Gazette.
The national publication’s annual ‘Deals Done’ competition recognises the number of office, industrial and retail property deals done in the region over the last 12 months. The award was presented to members of the LSH team at a lunch reception held at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club on 7 September.
In addition, Robin Dickens, Director in the team, was awarded the regional ‘Deal Maker of the Year’ award, having driven over 60 transactions during the year.
Robin Dickens commented: “During the last 12 months we have completed well over 150 transactions, spanning office, industrial and retail properties. This equates to almost 2 million sq ft of commercial space in the region.”
LSH’s South Coast agency team has led a number of high profile deals in the last year, including the acquisition of Winchester Trade Park, the sale of the Honeywell Centre, Poole, lettings at Trilogy in Segensworth, and the acquisition of the site of the new Porsche Centre at Lakeside, Portsmouth.
The team is also involved in marketing some of the region’s most significant commercial property schemes, including Endeavour Park in Southampton, Stoke Park in Eastleigh, Strategic Park at Hedge End, Railway Triangle and Voyager Park in Portsmouth, and Langstone Technology Park in Havant.
Graham Holland, Head of LSH’s South Coast team, added: “This is a major accolade to take home for another consecutive year. We said last year that we would develop and strengthen our team, and we continue to do so to ensure that we are in the best possible position during and beyond the economic downturn.”
