A two storey office unit at a leafy business park close to the River Nadder in Salisbury has been snapped up.
A deal for Unit 3 Boathouse Meadow Business Park was successfully negotiated by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Paul Stephens Architecture has purchased the 815 sq ft premises.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “I was glad to help facilitate new premises for Paul Stevens Architecture Ltd – which was established in 2000 in Salisbury and operated from a Fisherton Street base – as it is always good to see a local business thrive.
“The company has a varied workload, including schools for county councils, housing and flats for local developers and housing associations, private housing and ecclesiastical projects.
“Now with a staff of four people, the company works across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset and Berkshire.”
Boathouse Meadow Business Park was built in 1989 at the western end of Churchfields Industrial Estate and benefits from excellent access to the city centre, railway station and inner ring road.
