SHW Business Space have acquired the off-market leasing of the twin office buildings of Wicker House & Eagle House, High Street, Worthing on behalf of NHS Property Services comprising 21,000 sq ft – the most significant letting in the town for a decade.
The 1.20 acre site – which has 106 parking spaces – is directly adjacent to Worthing Hospital.
This represented nearly half (44,000 sq ft) of the current on-market space available in Worthing, according to recent SHW data.
SHW Business Partner Duncan Marsh said: “The right suite of buildings became available for the right client at the right time – it is great to have played a part in this alignment.
“Without our intimate knowledge of local occupiers and market movements this transaction would not have taken place.”
