Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, alongside joint agents Russell Property Consultants, has let over 17,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation in Avonmouth, Bristol, on behalf of a private investor to Folio Print Finishing Limited on a new ten-year lease.
Unit 2 Crowley Way comprises a self-contained steel portal frame building containing warehouse and office space which has been fully refurbished. The unit totals approximately 17,285 sq ft (1,605 sq m) of warehouse and office space.
