M&G Real Estate and intu, the joint owners of Cribbs Causeway, have announced the leasing of a combined 6,000 sq ft of space to brand-new fashion concept, All Good Things and beauty retailer, Space NK.
Founded in Covent Garden over 25 years ago, Space NK now has 71 stores in its portfolio across the UK – this latest store will occupy a 1,130 sq ft space at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway. This store will offer some of the world’s most covetable beauty brands including Drunk Elephant, Nars, Hourglass and Eve Lom.
New sustainable fashion retailer, All Good Things, will lease a 5,169 sq ft space at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway for its first store. It is a new innovative concept backed by a number of fashion industry veterans and supported by premium and designer brand partners seeking to build greater sustainability into their supply chain. All Good Things sells a range of ethical fashion labels, as well as ‘red carpet’ dress rental and an exceptional collection of ‘end of line’ garments from leading designer brands – labelling itself the go-to destination for stylish, sustainability-conscious shoppers.
Scott Linard, Director of Asset Management at M&G Real Estate comments on behalf of the joint owners: “Both All Good Things and Space NK will complement the existing fashion and beauty offering here at The Mall Cribbs Causeway – bolstering our line-up of premium brands. These latest signings are further testament to our curated tenant mix approach, which has also seen recent additions, Cornish clothing brand Seasalt and The White Company, join our evolving shopper offer.
“We are thrilled All Good Things has opted to open its first store in this centre – it clearly sees huge potential in the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, mirroring its position as the leading shopping destination for the South West region.”
The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is owned by M&G Real Estate, intu and JT Baylis. Cushman & Wakefield and Time Retail Partners represent the owners of The Mall.
