Global property investment and development company, Osborne+Co is pleased to confirm that its second landmark development with Santander has received planning approval, this time at the Santander Campus in Bootle.

The new development for Santander, will deliver new purpose built offices totalling 220,000 sq ft when complete including a community bank branch and landscaped grounds open to the public. The offices are designed to accommodate c2,500 staff and will provide flexible work spaces and meeting rooms over four floors, with staff facilities to include a ground-floor gym and restaurant. Construction is expected to commence on site Q1 2020.

By redeveloping the former 1960s Government buildings, Santander’s commitment to staying on the Bootle campus is a testament to the generations of people who have worked on the site for over 50 years. The project team comprises developer Osborne+Co, Jack Carter Architects, M&E Engineers Max Fordham, Planning Consultants Savills, Project & Cost Managers Turner & Townsend, Landscape Architects Planit-IE and Structural/Civil/Facade Engineers Thornton Tomasetti.
