The Industrial & Logistics team of Colliers International in Birmingham has welcomed two new recruits.
Charlie Andrews and Tom Arnold join as Graduate Surveyors and will work closely with Director, Simon Norton and Associate Director, Sam Robinson to service Colliers’ impressive client base across the Midlands and nationally.
Charlie joins from Deloitte where he worked for the last 12 months undertaking valuations on complex mixed-use properties across the region. He studied Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University and plans to sit his APCs in October next year.
Meanwhile, Tom joined Colliers in March last year but moved over to join the Industrial & Logistics earlier this year. Prior to Colliers, he was at Fisher German and before that spent two years with specialist business asset valuation, advisory and disposal business, European Valuations. Tom studied Real Estate at Birmingham City University and is preparing to sit his APC exam this October.
Simon Norton, Director in Industrial & Logistics at Colliers International and head of the Birmingham team, said: “Charlie and Tom are great additions to the team and we look forward to seeing how they progress as they continue to support our busy team with the broad range of client work we undertake, including high profile instructions such as IM Properties’ Peddimore Birmingham, Redditch Gateway, Central M40 and Pannatoni Park in Nottingham, to name but a few.”
Len Rosso, Head of Industrial & Logistics at Colliers International, adds: “Colliers International has one of the youngest Industrial & Logistics teams in the UK and it is great to see our regional teams continuing to attract fresh talent to the business with the appointment of Charlie and Tom. I look forward to seeing how the graduates grow within our Birmingham team under the guidance of Simon and Sam, as they obtain valuable experience working with some top tier clients, whilst working towards completing their APCs next year.”
