Locale, the pioneer of digital property management, has expanded the size of its portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use UK real estate by 42% in the first six months of 2019.
Having signed 12 schemes in quick succession, Locale will be implementing customised digital property management platforms in each building dependent on the needs of its occupiers.
Locale is an independent firm that has shaped a comprehensive digital property management platform. It currently manages The Shard and has also been entrusted by MAPP to oversee its entire UK portfolio.
Guy Windsor-Lewis, founder and Chief Executive at Locale, commented: “2019 has been a stellar year for us so far despite the challenging conditions of an uncertain market. This is testament to the hard work of a highly talented team that has worked tirelessly to ensure the platform is constantly evolving and serving the needs of our customers, be they managing agents, developers, or residents.
“What makes Locale truly unique in the market is its ability to customise its platform for different asset classes. On the one hand, the platform is intuitive enough to adapt to complex retail, business and science parks while also supporting building managers in high-end residential towers and iconic historical buildings hailing from the 19th Century – no challenge is too big!
“Asset owners are recognising the need for digitisation in property management, not only improving a building’s performance but also its customer service. Both have become crucial to ensuring a building is truly connected with its people.”
