CBRE and JLL’s industrial agency teams co-hosted an agents’ reception to celebrate the practical completion at Hermitage Park, Havant.
A joint development from LaSalle Investment Management and Salmon Property, Hermitage Park is an industrial scheme comprising four Grade A units ranging between 4,588 sq ft and 12,594 sq ft. arranged in a way so that each block could be combined if required.
Located on Harts Farm Way, Hermitage Park can be easily accessed from A27 with good connections to both the M27 and A3.
Following a tour of the site, the 30 strong agents went off to The Ship Inn on Langstone Road for a late breakfast and to watch the New Zealand vs Canada rugby match. And what a match that was. Much cheering for the Canadians but to no avail!
Commenting on the event CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services Director Nick Tutton said:
“Across the south coast there is continuing demand for quality industrial units and Hermitage Park addresses some of the imbalance between supply and demand.”
“This 33,000 sq ft well located estate provides four Grade A warehouse/industrial units which are now ready for occupation.”
JLL Director Jonathan Manhire added:
“There was a good turnout from both national and local agents today and the added bonus of a world cup rugby match made for a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
“There have been some good enquiries on the units which are finished to a high specification and all benefit from 10m eaves allowing excellent access if required.”
