Fit-out contractors Workspace Design & Build (D&B) has won £3M worth of contracts since launching it’s second office in the Midlands earlier this year.
Projects won include the relocation of long-term client Bruntwood into their 2,000 sq ft of new office space at The Corner Block. Workspace has developed a strong working relationship with Bruntwood and is also currently on-site delivering the Bruntwood Works scheme 111 Piccadilly in Manchester.
Workspace has also been appointed by Loughborough University to deliver the AAE Labs – the team is on-site transforming with a seven-week project transforming the 10,000 sq ft space.
The team has also completed several projects across four locations for leading college for the creative industries, Access to Music developing facilities in Birmingham, Norwich, Shoreditch and Lincoln.
Specialist commercial and industrial water treatment provider WCS has appointed Workspace to deliver circa £1M of projects reconfiguring a manufacturing and storage facility in Daventry.
