Tungsten Properties, one of the leading mid-market industrial and warehouse developers in the UK and based in Leicestershire, has appointed Jenny Clarke and Justin McVeigh to its fast-growing team.
Tungsten Properties currently has in the pipeline 14 sites across England/the Midlands and south east totalling 1,200,000 sq ft (118,265 sq m) covering 64 acres with a gross value of £145 million.
Jenny, a qualified chartered surveyor, has joined as development surveyor. With 11 years’ experience she has joined from Innes England based in Leicester where she worked for five years on behalf of private and public sector clients on all agency matters. Prior to that she worked for Salloway Property Consultants in Derby and Lambert Smith Hampton across Leicester and Nottingham.
Justin has joined as associate development director with significant experience in the industrial and logistics sector including previous development and agency roles at DB Symmetry and Savills. Justin’s focus consists of the day to day running of developments in Stone and Witham together with identifying new development opportunities for the company.
