Adroit Real Estate Advisors are pleased to announce that Mark Gill has joined the team with immediate effect.
Mark previously headed up the St Albans office at LSH where he mainly focused on transactional work within the Hertfordshire and North London industrial market. During this time he serviced high profile instructions including Aston 41 at Aston Clinton near Aylesbury and Watford Business Park on behalf of Watford Borough Council
“Clients have been immensely receptive to the level of service and market intelligence that comes from being a focused, niche practice. We are quite excited that Mark will help us to apply that same standard to a wider audience. Having previously all worked together, adding Mark to the Adroit team is a natural fit” commented Steve Williams and Lloyd Spencer.

The addition of Mark comes just less than 18 months after Adroit Real Estate Advisors first launched. Since then the business has secured an instruction pipeline of over 3.5m sqft and been involved in some high profile deals including the recent lettings at Woodside, Dunstable for Legal & General, Bedford Link for LondonMetric & Graftongate, and Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead.
Mark will split his time between the Adroit offices at London Kings Cross and Butterfield, Luton.
