Commercial property agent Prop-Search is now even better placed to provide a greater service across Northamptonshire and beyond, with the opening of a new Northampton office and the appointment of new key personnel.
Ian Harman BSc MRICS will head up the office at Queensbridge, Northampton following his departure from Lambert Smith Hampton where he was as a Director within the Industrial and Logistics department.
Ian has over 20 years valuation and agency experience in Northamptonshire and Rugby, and has detailed knowledge to provide clear detailed pragmatic market driven advice. He deals with a wide range of agency and professional work on behalf of a range of developers, local authorities, institutional fund and occupier clients.

Prop-Search was founded in Wellingborough four years ago by Chris Billson and Simon Toseland who have worked in the Wellingborough and East Northamptonshire region since 1987. During 2010 and 2011, the team expanded to include the appointment Samantha Jones MCIPR MCIJ, Peter Sullivan FRICS and David Robbins BSc MRICS.
