Property consultancy Knight Frank has strengthened its commercial property team in Bristol with the appointment of Emma Cowlrick as senior surveyor.
Emma joins the valuations team, which provides formal valuations of commercial property for a range of clients including financial institutions, lenders, private individuals, funds, property companies and the public sector.
After qualifying in 2016 she worked at Carter Jonas in Bath on commercial and residential valuations.
Emma said: “I wanted to join one of the top property firms and take on the challenge of valuing some of the most high profile buildings in the region.”
Steve Oades, office head of Knight Frank’s commercial business in Bristol, said: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to our valuation consultancy business. Globally, Knight Frank values buildings with a capital value of $1.3 trillion each year and Emma will be an excellent addition to our Bristol team.”
