Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a deal to sell Unit 3 Poplars Court in Lenton, Nottingham, a 1,398 sq ft high-quality, open-plan office suite to a private investor.
NG Director Sunny Landa acted on behalf of a private vendor.

“Once again, our targeted approach brought forward a swift sale for our client despite other agents marketing similar office units on Poplar Court. What was particularly pleasing is that we also took the sale process to a competitive round of bidding, thus ensuring our client realised best value.
Giles Davis of Geo Hallam and Sons acted for the buyer.
