Milton Park, the business and science community in Oxfordshire, has welcomed Clare Fleet as commercial surveyor to its on-site commercial team.
Clare has joined from Carter Jonas’ Oxford office where she worked in its asset management team for four years advising a wide range of clients and occupiers across the country. Her nine years’ experience also includes working for Penny & Sinclair and Scott Fraser. Clare graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a first class degree in real estate management.
