The Industrial & Logistics team at global real estate advisor, Colliers International along with their joint agents White Commercial and Brown & Co have secured a new tenant at Arrow Park; a Grade A warehouse and production development of eight units in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This latest letting means that there is now only one unit remaining on this popular estate.
The 24,205 sq ft Unit 4 has been let to ePac printers on a new ten year lease with break in year five at a rental of £7.00 per sq ft. ePac join existing occupiers; BTC Racing, Saddlery Brands, NGC, Multimatic Motorsports and Howdens.
“This latest letting means that there is now only one unit remaining at Arrow Park,” said James Haestier, Director, Industrial & Logistics for Colliers International. “We have had steady interest for space on the park since the spec build completed in 2018, with occupiers attracted by the high specification of the space and strategic location; in the heart of the ‘Motorsport Triangle’.”
Arrow Park, which was speculatively developed by PATRIZIA, benefits from excellent road connections, fronting the A43 with fast access to J10 of the M40 and J15A of the M1. The development forms part of a larger mixed-use estate, which includes a Sainsbury’s superstore, a hotel and a healthcare centre. Brackley is just six miles from the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit and is home to a number of major companies including Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsports, Faccenda Group and DLC.
Luke Le Brun, Asset Manager, PATRIZIA, said: “It is great to see our strategy for Arrow Park coming to fruition, having attracted a high calibre of occupiers to the site in a relatively short space of time. We’ve no doubt that the excellent tenant mix we have created coupled with the unrivalled connectivity of this estate, within an area of engineering excellence, will see our agents secure the final occupier in no time.”
