Property consultancy Harris Lamb has progressed with its expansion programme with the appointment of two new recruits.
The business has welcomed graduate surveyor Charles Shepherd and Associate Andrew Burton to its ranks.
Charles, who joins with a Masters degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, already has first-hand experience of working with the Harris Lamb team having spent last summer working across the different areas of the business. He has now been offered a permanent position with the business, where he will advance his property education and experience.
Andrew, meanwhile, has been appointed as an Associate dedicated to working within the Malcolm Scott Consultants division; the garden centre planning specialists acquired by Harris Lamb in 2015.
Andrew, who most recently worked for Severn Valley Railway Holdings as Heritage Support Manager, responsible for all Commercial and Sales operational activity, has a strong background in garden centre management, and will work alongside the MSC team to deliver national design and planning work across the garden centre sector.
Richard Fantham, Director, said: “2019 has been a fantastic year thus far, having seen us continue to grow both our team and our client portfolio.
“Charles is a familiar face to us, having proved himself a great addition to the team last summer, and we’re delighted to welcome him back, while Andrew’s passion and understanding of the garden centre sector will make him a valuable asset to the dedicated MSC team.
“The past 12 months have seen us develop and expand all aspects of the business and we’re pleased to be adding further resource to our 80-strong team in order to continue to do so.”
