Rhys Jones, graduate surveyor at the Bristol office of global property consultancy Knight Frank, has passed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) examination.
As a result of the qualification success he becomes a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and fully-qualified Chartered Surveyor.
He joined Knight Frank in December last year from Bruton Knowles in Bristol, where he spent two years in the agency department after graduating from the University of West of England in Real Estate.
He works in the Industrial & Logistics team of Knight Frank in Bristol, which acts on some of the region’s major industrial properties, including Central Park, Access 18, Junction One, and a number of substantial warehouses in Swindon.
Rhys, 24, said: “I am over the moon to have qualified as a chartered surveyor, working at one of the most respected specialist property firms in the South West.”
Russell Crofts, partner in the Industrial Development & Agency team of Knight Frank in Bristol, said: “This achievement is a true reflection of the hard work that goes into the two years of training. I am delighted Rhys will now have the chance to build a career in the dynamic logistics market.”
