Property consultancy Alder King has announced two promotions in its Bristol office. Adam Davies from the firm’s facilities management team becomes a partner and Portia Banwell is promoted to senior planner.
Adam joined Alder King in 2010 and over the past nine years has significantly advanced the firm’s FM capability and instruction base. He now advises a wide range of clients on the full spectrum of FM services including strategic advice, procurement, health and safety and environmental management.
Portia joined Alder King’s planning team in 2016 and has played a key role in planning applications for many commercial and residential development projects across the region while also studying towards her Royal Town Planning Institute accreditation. She successfully qualified as a member of the RTPI in 2018.
Senior partner Martyn Jones said: “Adam and Portia have made a great contribution to their teams and the firm in recent years, demonstrating initiative and hard work. It is very pleasing to reward their commitment with these promotions and we look forward to supporting their continued career development in the years to come.”
