On behalf of Landlord clients, Primmer Olds B.A.S have concluded a letting of a new build barn style office to Synthesis Clinic following receipt of planning permission for change of use to medical use.
The two-storey office is one of 5 buildings within Sunnyside View, Stockbridge Road, Kings Somborne, Hampshire, located between Romsey and Stockbridge.
The tenant, Synthesis Clinic, introduces a unique approach to healthcare based on the Functional and Integrative Medicine model. Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel, director of clinic, is fulfilling her vision to create healthcare that combines conventional medicine with lifestyle-based approaches and evidence-informed complementary healthcare in a way that tackles the root causes of illness. This model has evolved from her own experience of working with chronic conditions in the NHS and the incredible impact of using root-cause non-pharmaceutical approaches to transform these health problems that she sees in her practice every day.
Synthesis Clinic commented ‘We blend the Functional Medicine approach aimed at treating the root cause of disease with nutrition, psychology, coaching, acupuncture, physiotherapy, exercise, yoga and mindfulness, while taking into account conventional treatment wherever appropriate. Our multidisciplinary team is not only immensely passionate about health, but also about truly listening to our clients and working together to motivate and inspire. We offer a range of services, including consultations with individual practitioners, integrated 3-6-month packages and a variety of classes and workshops aimed at our local community. Sunnyside View, with its beautiful view of rolling hills and ‘away from it all’ feel, is the perfect setting for clients to feel nurtured, motivated and empowered to take care of their health.’
Whilst Primmer Olds B.A.S agency department facilitated the letting, their Design & Architectural department also obtained the required Planning Permission for the tenant.
