Acting on behalf of the landlord, CPP successfully negotiated a deal with Budget Greeting Cards Limited, a wholesale greeting cards business who had been targeting a presence in Nottingham for over 2 years.

Key features of the property include 7.20m eaves, four dock level loading doors, two level access loading doors, warehouse lighting and a reconfigured office and welfare provision to bring this more into line with occupier requirements. Parking availability was generous and the yard gated and fully secured.
