Richard Crane has joined the Bristol office of global real estate advisor, CBRE, as a new Director on the Valuations team, covering the South West / South Wales regions.
Responsible for investment valuations across all sectors of commercial property throughout these areas on behalf of institutional clients, Richard’s role will include the coordination of the monthly valuation exercise of a major UK fund comprising over 175 assets across the UK.
Prior to joining CBRE, Richard was an Associate Partner at Knight Frank, Bristol, where he worked for 14 years undertaking investment valuations.
