Savills has added to its building & project consultancy team with the appointment of Matt Soules who joins as a director at the firm’s Cambridge office.
Matt has over 15 years’ experience across various sectors but more recently within commercial property, joining from Currie and Brown where he worked as a project director. Matt has delivered projects for a number of key occupier, developer and investor clients, specifically firm’s specialising in life sciences including BioMed Realty, Illumina Inc, University of Cambridge, Anglia Ruskin University and Norwich Research Park.
At Savills, Matt will focus on growing the life science project management offer both in Cambridge and across the wider division.
