Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by MMA Holdings as joint letting agent on 101 Embankment, Cathedral Approach in Manchester.
101 Embankment comprises 105,794 sq ft of grade A office accommodation arranged over six contiguous floorplates and is available for immediate occupation.
