Recently Humberts have let 14 Bath Place in Taunton town centre which was available at a quoting rent of £12,000 per annum and has been taken as a Tapas Bar.
Humberts have also let 18a Lower Middle Street earlier this year which is being run as Il Paradiso Della Pasta which was available at a rent of £10,000 per annum.
Within Taunton, the British Heart Foundation have relocated their retail premises to 2-4 North Street which was available at a quoting rent of £65,000 per annum.
