Acting on behalf of Glenalmond Investments Limited, Ryden and Colliers International have completed the letting of Unit 4 Bankhead Business Parc, Sighthill Industrial Estate, Edinburgh to Commercial Cross.
Specialised in helping businesses broaden their customer base to China, logistics firm Commercial Cross has taken the 1,999 sq ft unit on a five year lease at a rental of £24,000 per annum, expanding from Len’s Self Storage within the estate.
Bankhead Business Parc is a speculative development providing a single parade of industrial/trade counter units of steel portal frame construction with insulated cladding. Each unit is arranged to offer a predominantly flexible open plan space with mezzanine level, and three of the units remain available.
The premises are situated within the long-established Sighthill Industrial estate, one of Scotland’s premier industrial locations lying approximately 5 miles to the west of Edinburgh City Centre and benefiting excellent road links to Scotland’s motorway network.
Cameron Whyte of Ryden commented on the deal:
“We are delighted to welcome Commercial Cross to Bankhead Business Parc. Demand for modern industrial premises remains strong, especially for properties which fall under the threshold for 100% relief from Business Rates.”
