Solicitors Bevan Evemy have moved to new offices in Broad Street following a deal brokered by ETP Property.
Amy Hoskins from ETP said the solicitors had moved out of serviced offices nearby to take space at 55 Broad Street.
The Grade II property has retail space on the ground and ancilliary space on the first flor totalling 945 sq ft.
There are two parking spaces located to the rear of the property.
Amy Hoskins said: “Broad Street is a popular and resilient location with offices, shops and a number of pubs. Properties like this don’t very often come to the market.”
The town hall is nearby and local occupiers include Coffee#1, St Peter’s Hospice, Spar and Lloyds Pharmacy.
