Andros UK Ltd, advised jointly by Savills and Barker Storey Matthews, has sold Andros House on Compass Point Business Park, 16 Stocks Bridge Way in St Ives, Cambridgeshire to Vandersanden UK Ltd.
The modern two storey building comprises 6,656 sq ft (618 sq m) of good quality office space and will be occupied in full by the brick manufacturer. This follows the company’s continued local expansion.
