A Southampton based audio, video and web conferencing service has found the perfect premises for its growing business demands thanks to commercial agents, London Clancy.
Incomm had specific requirements when it came to finding a new city centre base and they were delighted when all their needs could be met at their new offices in The Avenue, Southampton.
Business Development Manager, Duncan Hillyer explained: “Due to the nature of the work we do we couldn’t have a converted older property – we needed modern premises.
“What impressed me most about dealing with London Clancy and the owners of the premises was their ability to listen to what we needed.
“We can’t have windows that open so air conditioning had to be fitted to the building. We were able to specify what we wanted regarding the décor – and we even had a say in calling the building Compass House.”
Head of Agency at London Clancy’s Southampton office, David Heda said it was important to listen to the needs of Incomm and work with them to achieve the best outcome for all involved.
“We knew work would need to be done to get the make the building suitable for the needs of Incomm and thankfully we have a client who understood that and was prepared to make the changes, he said.
