HEREfest was back again for the second year and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
A day of family fun arranged by HERE was fortunate enough to have good weather for all attendees.
There was something for everyone on offer, with market stalls, music, street food and plenty of fun activities for children. Some of the highlights included face painting, a circus skills workshop and Thai Chi and Kung Fu classes.
The aim of the day was to bring businesses, tenants and the local community together for a day of free family fun. With over 400 attendees it was well attended and it certainly looked like everyone had a good time.
HERE is a prominent Bristol office building that has undergone a considerable change in direction from a formerly tired office building, now providing an enviable and exciting place to work. After a full refurbishment the reception now creates an impressive entrance to the building and ample zoned communal space for socialising and working have been provided, as well as somewhere to grab a coffee. The offices have a modern, industrial look with high specification finishes that reflect the type of offices that businesses and their employees now expect.
It’s not however just about the look and quality of the office space when businesses consider the type of working environment they want to be part of. They also want good facilities and the ability to collaborate and mix with the rest of the companies in the building on both a business and social basis.
HERE offers numerous break-out spaces, meeting rooms and other facilities such as a games and arcade room for the use of its occupiers. It also hosts numerous social and business networking events throughout the year for its tenants.
Being part of the Bristol community is also something HERE takes seriously and using the building to provide free public events is part of what HERE stands for. The second public event is the Christmas Fayre being held on 1st December 2019.
