An electronics test instruments company specialising in the manufacture of high precision PC-based oscilloscopes and automative diagnostic equipment has secured additional commercial space at Colmworth Business Park, Eaton Socon in St Neots, Cambrigeshire where it has its main headquarters, confirms Barker Storey Matthews – now part of Eddisons – the sole agent acting on behalf of the landlord in the letting.
Pico Technology Ltd has taken a new lease on Units 3-5 Chester Road, giving the company a total of 1,275.4 sq m (13,750 sq ft) of additional workshop, warehouse and office space at Colmworth Business Park – where its headquarters has been operational in James House for over a decade.
Founded in 1991, Pico Technology Ltd currently employs 115 staff and sought additional commercial space to accommodate its current and future planned business growth.
Colmworth Business Park is St Neot’s principal business park and commercial trading location with a number of established commercial occupiers in addition to Pico Technology Ltd including Kinesis and OSI Electronics UK and Watt Industries.
Richard Adam, Director, Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon, commented, “As modern, light industrial units in a popular business location, we were confident that the space would appeal to local occupiers – whether as single units or as linked units.
“Colmworth Business Park is well positioned in St Neots, with the A1 St Neots bypass nearby and onward links north and south to Peterborough and London, respectively, and also the A428 and Cambridge to the east.”
