Savills, on behalf of Cadena, has let office space at Boundary House 4 County Place Chelmsford to a new business, formerly funded by Essex County Council.
The recently established business, which will focus on education and teacher training, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for 7,020 sq ft (652 sq m) across the ground and first floor of the three storey building.
Mike Storrs, associate director in the business space team at Savills Chelmsford, comments: “Following the acquisition of the building in 2017, two of the existing tenants vacated. We subsequently advised the client to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the available space to create high spec modern accommodation ideal for the needs of occupiers.”
